Doctor refered me to Mental Health Team still no missive from them?

My doctor refered me to a mental health squad and he said to wait in the order of 2 weeks for the letter to come through, I still hold no letter and this week is the third week? What should I do and does anyone else enjoy experience of this and remembers when their letter turned up?Doctor refered me to Mental Health Team still no missive from them?
2 weeks sounds believable as the specialists from the Mental Health need to review and assess your situation after the consultation.
Since it's 3 weeks and no message, I would suggest that you contact the Mental Health Record office to check beside the staff regarding the status of the epistle.
If he/she said that the letter is still not available, aim his/her assistance to check with the specialist whom you consulted.
Another solution would be to drop a memorandum to the hospital that you were referred to.
Sometimes things step a little slower than we expect surrounded by those offices. I would bring the time to call the mental strength office he referred you to and ask if they received the referral. I am sure they would be satisfied to let you know what is stirring. If they didn't receive the referral, then nickname your doctor's office and permit them know.
