Does anyone know anything in the order of PCOS?

does anyone have pcos(polycystic ovarian syndrome)?i lug glucophage and yasmin but i'm still haveing problems,especially with the irregular period and not being competent to loose weight.if anyone have some info i'd greatly appreciate it.Does anyone know anything in the order of PCOS?
