im from pa but i dont know of any,but ring up you health dept for assistance and also look surrounded by the yellow page under physicians most hold a # you can call to hand over you help surrounded by choosing a dr that is polite and meets your requests,also you can check with the medical board for drs to check out drs .biddable luck
