Does anyone hold information on DBT?

Is anyone Currently in DBT? I am thinking of this for myself. Would close to to chat?Does anyone hold information on DBT?
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a psychosocial treatment developed by Marsha M. Linehan specifically to treat individuals next to borderline personality disorder. While DBT be designed for individuals with borderline sense of self disorder, it is used for patients with other diagnoses as capably.
The treatment itself is based largely surrounded by behaviorist theory beside some cognitive therapy elements as capably. There are two essential parts of the treatment, and without any of these parts the therapy is not considered "DBT adherent."
Yes. It works all right for those who are not recently traumatized or slickly triggered. It teaches you how to vary behaviours that don't help you into ones that do. I reccomend it.
