Does an anticholinergic work by reducing acetycholine within the muscles?

In the treatment of schizophrenic patients who suffer extrapyramidal side effects, is this caused by the cut rate in dopamine within the eps, which then creates an over bounty of acetycholine in the muscles? Or is it due to an over surplus in the EPS, which surrounded by turn effects the muscles?Does an anticholinergic work by reducing acetycholine within the muscles?

in schizophrenia,ACH as a proposal works in the brain, anti psychotics contained by general depletes ach contained by the brain by blocking its effects in the pre synaptic stratum, which leads to the undesirable side effects of sedation and hypotension, still dopamine idea is holding in schizophrenia ,followed by the serotonin one.
