Depending on where within London you are, there are a few places.
If you're anywhere near Harrow, there's a private clinic call Bowden House, which has lots of therapist, psychologists, psychiatrists, etc.
There's also the Maudsley Hospital.
Perhaps your best bet is to speak to your GP and get referred to somebody. Sometimes finding a really appropriate therapist can be trial and error, but have sessions with a skilled one is of immense give support to.
