Like ED said. There is no coding for Schizophrenia NOS. Psychotic symptoms that do not meet criteria for a specific disorder are considered Psychotic Disorder NOS. If the criteria for Schizophrenia are met and if it doesn't come across the catatonic, paranoid, disorganized or residual subtype then it's considered Undifferentiated Schizophrenia.
