Does hypnosis work?

I have be 'put under' as it were but i be pretending, i was fully aware of what i be doing, it didn't even feel similar to a good daytime dream as i have habitually heard it described!Does hypnosis work?
Hypnosis does work for oodles people; it depends a large amount on the skill of the person doing the hypnosis!
When you're hypnotized, or surrounded by a state of trance, you will remember pretty much everything that is said; it doesn't effect you to lose your memory.
Hypnosis has be used to treat people beside phobias, anxiety, weight problems, and a together host of other things; it can also work for pain control.
People own also undergone operations minus anaesthetic; they were hypnotized instead and it worked resourcefully.
Anyone seeking hypnotherapy should ensure they go to an experienced practitioner. I would also other recommend asking the therapist to video the session so that you can have a copy to embezzle away with you.
yes hypnosis work with the sole purpose on mentally dippresed fellows.
it may not work on mentally nutritious fellows
but it give a nice experience
